In general I’m a pretty healthy guy but there is always room for improvement.
For the past 3/4 weeks I’ve had the ‘I’m going to eat what I want’ mentality due to holidays, Christmas and New Year, before that I was eating a healthily caveman style diet which did wonders and I’m going to get back into it.

My aim is to get to about 10/12.5% body fat which will make me pretty lean. Currently I’m weighing in at 79.5KG at about 17.5/20% body fat (estimate). I thought I would start documenting everything and sharing with people what I’m eating and doing at the gym. You’ll find meal ideas, photos and videos relating to a healthy life style.
Good luck! Holiday’s don’t need to have a carefree mindset though. It’s possible to make rich, delicious treats that don’t bust your diet!
